...Karl Rove “remarkably says no to a lawful subpoena” to appear
before the House Judiciary Committee on Thursday to testify about
the Don Siegelman prosecution by claiming executive privilege
despite previously stating that he had no discussions with the White
House about the case. Will the House call Rove's bluff and hold him in
inherent contempt? Apparently not if Nancy Pelosi has anything to say
